Pool Grange is a substantial property offering generous accommodation with plenty of space for people to relax.

As well as the Drawing Room and Dining Room, the ground floor also houses a cosy Library. This is a truly relaxing room with comfortable sofas and chairs, TV and DVD player and plenty of books to keep even the most avid reader happy for weeks.

The large Conservatory hugs the side of the house and overlooks the feature gardens. It contains plenty of comfortable chairs, sofas and window seats and is a wonderful place to sit on summer evenings

The Kitchen at Pool Grange is a mixture of modern and traditional.

There is an aga and, for those more used to electric, also a NEFF oven and hob, microwave, dishwasher and fridge.



The kitchen is well equipped with plenty of crockery, cutlery, pans and utensils for large groups to self cater in comfort. The adjoining Breakfast Room is perfect for informal dining and has lovely views across the gardens.

The large Utility Room contains a washing machine, tumble drier and freezer for guests to use. There are also a number of pegs for coats and boots and a log store.

Beaumaris - Ground Floor bedroom that contains a double bed with wardrobe and chest of drawers, and is most suitable for wheelchair users.

Adjacent to Beaumaris is a shower room with hand basin and wc. There is a handrail in the shower for added convenience.

Powis – Bedroom contains a King sized bed with walk in wardrobe and lovely views from the bay window.

Caernarfon – Bedroom contains a superking bed which can be separated to form twins if requested.
En-suite shower room with hand basin and .

Harlech – Bright and airy twin bedroom.



Pembroke – Light bedroom with King sized bed and door to balcony overlooking the gardens and fields beyond.

Conwy – Bedroom with unusual features, steps leading down into it with King sized bed and arched door through to separate dressing room.
A further arched door leads through to an en-suite bathroom with shower.

We offer Saturday to Saturday changeover, short breaks are also available Friday to Monday, or Monday to Friday.  Subject to availability.
